REFUND POLICY

 

We are unable to return any product that has been personalized or had a group/school/business logo imprinted on garment or promotional item. On occasion, we are able to help your group to exchange within your group based on orders coming in.

 

Blank product may be returned and are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.

 

To return a blank product, please email our office at info@theperfectimpression.com. Let us know the invoice number and the reason for return.

 

  • Return Shipping Charges will be charged to customer
  • Please allow usual banking time for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. This is usually 2 – 3 business days.
  • If you paid by credit card, we will apply credit to the credit card used.

SHIPPING POLICY:

 

Please allow 1 – 2 Business Days to process your order. Allow 7 business days for ground shipments. We ship Monday – Friday.

 

Orders requesting overnight shipping or Second Day Air will be shipped within 24 hours from the time of order receipt.
